Pellet grill
Ingredients
Chicken wings, your favorite BBQ rub and sauce combo
- Chef Dennis' Grilled Dry Rub Chicken Wing rub + Meat Mitch's Yellow Brick Road sauce
- Meat Church The Gospel rub + Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing sauce
Steps
Rinse and dry chicken wings, then season generously on both sides and allow to adhere
Place seasoned wings on wire oven rack for easy transport
Put wire rack in pellet grill, then start grill and set temp to 400 degrees F
Cook wings until internal temp reaches 200 to 205 degrees F
Remove wings from grill
Place wings in large bowl and add desired amount of sauce, then toss thoroughly
Put wings back on grill for 5 minutes to tack up sauce
Remove from grill, serve up with a side of ranch and enjoy
