Dry Rub Baby Back Ribs
A Memphis-style barbecue staple, simple and delicious

Method
Pellet grill
Ingredients
One rack of baby back ribs, mustard, and your favorite barbecue seasoning
- Rossarooski's Honey Rib BBQ rub
- Homemade Memphis-style dry rib rub
Steps
Trim excess fat and remove membrane from bottom side of rack using a paper towel
Apply a light coat of mustard on both sides to act as a binder
Season generously and allow to adhere for at least 15 minutes
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F
Smoke the ribs meat side up until the internal temp hits 205 to 210 degrees F (4.5-5 hours)
In addition to checking internal temp, use the bend test and a visual check to verify doneness
Remove from smoker and rest before slicing
Pair with baked beans, potato salad, or your favorite mac and cheese
