Roasted Red Potatoes
Simple side that goes great with any entree

Method
Pellet grill or oven
Ingredients
Roasted red potatoes, olive oil, your favorite seasoning combo
- Salt, pepper, and dry ranch seasoning
- Meat Church Blanco
Steps
Wash red potatoes and cut into bite sized pieces
In a large bowl, add sliced potatoes, olive oil and seasoning, then mix well
Preheat grill or oven to 400 degrees F
Cook red potatoes to desired level of doneness (we like crispy which is close to 45 minutes)
Serve up plain or with a side of ranch for dipping
