Slow Cooker Chuck Roast
A family favorite perfect for a chilly November night

Method
Slow Cooker
Ingredients
One chuck roast, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1 packet dry ranch, 1 jar peperoncinis
Steps
Roughly chop garlic cloves. Pat chuck roast dry with paper towel
Every few inches, create an incision into the chuck roast 1 to 2 inches deep
Insert a few pieces of minced garlic. Repeat until no garlic is left, ensuring good coverage
Sprinkle dry ranch seasoning over all sides of chuck roast, then place in slow cooker
Pour jar of peperoncinis over chuck roast (peppers and liquid)
Cook on low until fall apart (roughly 8 hours)
Remove from heat, let rest, then shred and enjoy
